I felt lazy to modify the Aile Striker Pack and I was just itching to finish the thing, so I just went ahead and painted it, then applied the decals...
Now all the kit needs is a round of Mr. Softer on the decals and a topcoat to seal everything... then another custom base/stand which might take a while, so I'm not going to put this into the gallery at the moment...
That black piece is actually painted already, though it may not show in the image, but that is a mix of mostly Black, then little parts German Gray, Gunmetal and Silver...
And I'm starting to love the results on the Striker Pack more than what happened to Strike Gundam itself...
These were the decals left after...
