Celestial Being GN-0000 OO Gundam...
I hunted this down for months... I'm not much into the MG version of this since I'm not liking the "muscular" proportions of it... and this NG isn't bad... in fact it'll be an easier job mostly to modify/paint this NG rather than the MG... and the NG looks more cleaner, streamlined, "Celestial Being-ish" compared to the uber-detailed MG...

PACKAGE
So this just came this morning...
My second orders of Kotobukiya parts... from a very kind seller/store HEXAGON UPGRADES ...
I also got a NG 1/100 OO Gundam (without Raiser... finally...) this evening, along with more Evangelion stuffs...
Also... speaking about a few months back... I got my self some Micro Saws and Metal Energy Pipes from DC23's online store TOOLBOX23... I also got the chance to meet him... cool guy... we talked for about an hour...
Also got myself some Metal Thrusters... from someone known as Krescenhaze, Ver. Kres, on facebook...
The Energy Pipes and Metal Thrusters are currently used on the Hyaku Shiki build... updates very soon...
Anyways... Bottomline... I've been spending TOO MUCH these past months... and I really really need to save up next year...
Ja!

10 FAVORITE GUNDAM BUILDS
Because they're so awesome to the last tiny bit of brush stroke... I just wanted to share SOME of my most favorite Gundam builds of all time... gotta respect the hands of people who made such little wonders...
And this is my first time ever to post works of other artists in my blog...
Anyways... most will be Japanese modelers...

ZEON MS-05B ZAKU I
My first ever ZEON mobile suit, the Zaku I... now my oldest Bandai MG (considering it's a retool of the first MG Zaku II which was the second MG produced...)...
I'm really way too deep into collecting old kits... Why didn't I get the Sandrock, Shenlong, and the upcoming Heavy-Arms to complete my Wing Ver.Ka collection??? It's just the same price as getting the Type C Space Type, Zaku I, and Zaku I Ramba Ral Custom plus some decals...

(Off Topic... I really find the old HG 1/100 Gundam Wing EW Kits better looking than their newer MG counterparts... as they look more tougher, and gritty looking, and angrier... the MGs just look so soft with the way their heads look... but still planning to get them...)

MG 1/100 EFSF RGM-79 TYPE C SPACE TYPE
So I finally got the Red version of my previous RGM TYPE C Ground Type, so no more painting it red...
Anyways, it's just the same kit with a different color, another pair of rifle parts (which makes a total of three) and a decal set which contains the names of the "Immortal 4th MS Squadron" which is his previous team in the One-Year War...
EDIT: It's not exactly the same kit, it's a little bit taller than the blue one, due to a slightly different torso piece which connects to the upper legs... Also, this kit is not a first production run release but a re-production considering a mint box. Also, Bandai did some retooling on the Gundam MK. II Ver 2.0 Titans after the problems were seen on the waist part of the AEUG version, and continued releasing the new updated molds onto the HD version, the 30th, and probably just the newer regular releases after the Titans Version was released...
Also notice the image below... there is some difference in the vertical clearance between the upper leg frame and the torso frame above it
This change was first made in the Production of Gundam Ver. Ka, and then probably carried onto succeeding production runs of the RGM-79 Type C after the Ver. Ka was released...
So I think it's safe to say that it's not always best to always get the first production release of a new kit... Unless there's some bonus or extra parts exclusive to the first batch...
...or that this isn't a Bandai kit... which is unlikely...

MG 1/100 RX-78 NT-1 GUNDAM "ALEX"
RX-78 NT-1 Gundam "Alex" with Chobam Armor. Currently my oldest Bandai produced kit. Got this along with my already finished VF-25F "Sheryl Nome"... Thanks again to my epic supplier...
Slightly nice kit and could really use a Ver.2 already... But I have reasons of getting them... not sure about the chobam armor, might slap them onto a GM N Custom for a GM Cannon Conversion...
I just don't know why I keep chasing after the old ones...
Anyways...

1/100 VF-25F MESSIAH VALKYRIE "SHERYL NOME"
Got this kit from my supplier about a month ago along with MG NT-1 Gundam Alex, this is the only kit at the moment which I finished building straight, within a day, which is relatively fast compared to most of my other projects which lasts about 9 months or so...
Though I hate stickers, and this kit has large ones, I had no choice but to use them since I can't find any third party waterslides anywhere, and Bandai wouldn't release any...
Gallery and wips after the jump break...
Still hasn't painted the pilot...
Photography: +100 XP
Engines were painted with my usual "50%German Gray+10%Silver+40%Gunmetal" mix, then drybrushed with silver, then applied black enamel wash...
Applied enamel red for panel lines without gloss coating underneath... luckily nothing broke... I figured that the pieces were thick enough to withstand the brittleness... just don't flood the whole thing in enamel...
Painted the battroid's head's antenas with silver then applied black enamel washes...
Then stickers...
Will watch: MACROSS ZERO

I actually snapfitted the MG Alex before doing this one, I just need to snap fit the Chobam Armors then post them to the gallery... slightly a good kit but with ancient Bandai Tech...
I just finished watching:

I am in serious need of a social life... seriously...

PG 1/60 ZGMF-X20A STRIKE FREEDOM WIP 6
Luckily, I had time to do more work on this commission since I'm on a week off my internship since the project we were working on was completed... And I did spent some serious amount of time (maybe a little bit excessive) while at work... [Either I am workaholic or motivated... hmmm...]
Anyways... done with almost everything except the two beam rifles...
Still needs a little bit more cleaning, dusting, and extra coating before photography session...

MG 1/100 MSA-00100 HYAKU SHIKI WIP 1
Here's a quick update on Hyaku Shiki...
Everything's just taped together for test fitting...
Refined panel lines, metal antennas, augmented head vulcans, added more sensors, revamped the side vents... not bad for a 12-hour work... (I used the 1/35 G-System Hyaku Shiki head bust as reference...)
Will work on the neck and torso next...
And just a little random... some of the 1/100 figures I bought along with some (epic) Vallejo paints...
Not really connected to Hyaku Shiki build... but maybe I might add some of these to the diorama, if everything makes sense...
My orders of 1/100 Wave Mobile Staffs also came...
Now waiting for those Kotobukiya option parts to so I can continue with this Hyaku Shiki...
Ja!

MG 1/100 AEUG MSA-00100 HYAKU SHIKI
The new Master Grade called Delta Plus just came out but I was more interested in getting this Hyaku Shiki... Sure the Delta Plus is a very cool looking mobile suit but there's little from it that would drag me into getting it anytime soon... And I'm sure there'd still be stocks of it available some years from now...

MG 1/100 Wing Gundam Ver.Ka EW WIP 2
There were seamlines on the colored parts so I had to modify the main white part so it's possible to insert the now-cemented colored parts into place without taking them off into halves again... and to also make it easier to paint them by colors as a whole...
I also started to paint some insides of the armors and some parts of the main framework which would be visible when completed... German Gray + Gunmetal + Silver...
Ja...
