MG 1/100 Aile Strike Gundam WIP 7

So here's the last WIP post for my Aile Strike Gundam Custom...

Making the custom base/stand... (worked on and off for about 3 weeks at the most...)
 I made good use of two old and unused cd cases as the main structure of the base... super glued together, drill holes at the center, then erected an aluminum pipe with epoxy...

Made scratch built stand connectors with the same size as with the original base...

Test Fit... Test pose...

Plaplates...

Planning the panel lines...

Internal details...

Two different holes... the left one was only drilled, the right one was drilled then shaped like a bevel...
a few attention to details...

Internal details primed...

and painted... then applied enamel washes...

More plaplates, line scribing, and error (accidental lines) removal...

Removing gaps with Talcum powder and future...

Primed...

Painted with Light Gray...

More light gray...

Darker shade of Gray (German Gray)and thin coats of my off-white mix... then a coat of future...

Enamel wash on the panel lines... a few dirtying... some decals... and another coat of Future...

Then painted the sides black... then another coat of future...

And lastly, a coat of Flat coating, and some rubber pads to be placed below the base...

Now I need to get the most out of my camera...
