Share| This took me 9 months of on and off work, too much cash for starting up the hobby, and learned many things in doing the project. This is my first ever customized Gundam considered as a start up build or a practice build. Now I know the basics and have the experience and a basis for doing more kits next time. This is already one of my projects which have a big sentimental value for me. Thanks to DC23's basic tutorials, and to those people at the MAC forums who helped me..
Basic rundown of mods: -added wires to shoulder, hip and feet joints. -added few plaplates on body and on the inner sides of some armor. -cut the wings in parts. -added internal detail on busted leg part. -changed the "feather" parts into 14 individual movable parts. -changed the rifle handle with a new one. -added green sensors to head, arms, and rifle parts. -made a hole/joint at the backpack for the stand. -added few bare wires on broken armors. -reshaped the lower part of the leg.
-repainted. -weathered.
Other information about the build was discussed in the WIP posts...
After 9 long months... I have at least finished my first ever custom Gundam. Wing Gundam Zero Repair might be a good name for the project since Gundam 00 is like Gundam W but with Exia Repair, so here's Wing Gundam Zero Repair. (sounds corny?)
. Anyways... this post would show the painting process and the final modding of the 1/100 HG kit. (IMAGE HEAVY) Pictures were taken from different dates spanning about a 2 weeks before this post... .
Share| Have you ever watched Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo (The Girl Who Leaped Through Time)? The OVA? Well I have... and I can't get enough of it...
Here's a third live remake of the novel starring the same voice actor of the anime movie, Riisa Naka, as Akari. I think the new movie is under the title "Time Traveller".
Makato crying? oh yesss...
I need to find this movie, either online, torrent, dvd or anything!
Until next post!
I'm also currently downloading Junkissa Isobe... with her in it... I"LL COME RUNNING!!!
My Midterms just came to an end and I can continue work on my Wing Zero tomorrow... I wish I could finished everything tomorrow though I still need to get a flat coat spraycan as a finishing touch.
Anyway, talking about Cosplays and Cosplayers. Here is a photo of a cute cosplayer I've been seeing ever since I've been searching for cosplays.
She definitely looks like someone (some character) I can't remember, then it came to me while posting some note about anime things on Facebook.
Turns out she's Yoshizuki Iori from the manga I"s which was also the first manga I read when I was in grade 7 to Highschool I think. It was introduced to me by my fellow classmate whom I also commissioned to make some illustrations of Asuka, Rei, and Misato from the Evangelion series.
Here's another Cosplayer still as Iori.
And here's a rather Ok Asuka cosplayer (I can't find her name...). Well the cosplayer could be perfect but I wish she could have tried a better plugsuit on,... but perfect nonetheless...
If anyone of you knows the name of any of these cosplayers,
do me a solid?
Untill next post!
I will definitely be working on Zero later... but will have to sleep it on for now...
